The PBS garden is part of The Soergel Community Garden in Greenlawn, NY. Self-determined individuals and other friends of the foundation have the opportunity to get their hands dirty by planting and maintaining a variety of plants. The food grown is donated to local food banks. There is a role for everyone, and we can help each individual find a way to contribute. Gardeners can take part for fun, for friendship, to develop a new hobby or vocational pursuit, for community service, or for a bit of exercise. We’re flexible!
